All the students of "Deep
Boarding High School" should follow the rule of uniform.
They should wear only uniform that has been recommended by
the school.

HOME WORKS
Students will be given reading and writing
homework alternatively. They must complete all
the works and the homework must be checked
regularly. Students should show homework diary
to their parents and must get signed. There will
be internal evaluation about homework too.

HOLIDAYS
- We have
one month long summer vacation and a month
long Dashain and Tihar vacation. But we
shall have coaching classes to the secondary
level students during these holidays.
- Other
holidays are as per the rules of the
government.

Note:
School will not pay and have any financial
transaction after 3 o'clock from Sunday to
Thursday but fees an be collected up to 4 PM. On
Friday financial transaction will be by 12 noon

Examination Schedule and Evaluation System
Examination schedule will be mentioned in the school
calendar. Deep conducts four exams in every academic year as
First Terminal Exam, Half Yearly Exam, Second Terminal Exam
and Final Examination. The result of the examinations is
provided to the students as per the schedule mentioned in
the calendar. Students should have their admission card to
take their examination . To enable the students to appear in
these examinations, Monthly Test, Unit Test and Surprise
Test are conducted.
The evaluation of each exam is as below.

Students should get at least 40% marks in each subject to
pass the grade. If a student is failed twice in the same
class, then his/her transfer certificate will be issued with
the final report. At least 80% attendance is required to
attend the final examination.
Note: For grade ten, we have managed 3 make up exams with
100 full marks. To appear in the Send Up Examination, the
students should pass the final make up exam securing at
least 40% marks including all the marks obtained in the
three make up exams.
